Virtual Foot
The human foot is a complex mechanical structure which is made up of 26 bones and 33 joints and lots of muscle and ligaments that act across these joints. Like any complicated structure in the body there are things that can go wrong leading to aches and pains. The foot is separated in to three regions the rear foot (heel), the mid foot (arch of the foot) and the fore foot which comprises of the toes and ball of the foot.
